Alexander Geist is set to release his first official single, “Bad Language”, on May 18. Produced by Joey Hansom, it’s a brand new version of the Morrissey-meets-Moroder tune that’s already become a fan favorite in Alexander’s live performances.

Backed with the B-side “What I Mean to You”, the single will be issued on purple 7″ vinyl and digitally via Haute Areal. Preview both tracks here:

Berliners can pick up a copy of the 7″ at Alexander Geist’s single release concert the same evening at .HBC. Synth-pop duo Dievondavon will also be performing, and Joey Hansom and Dario will continue the energy late into the night with their pop-infused DJ sets.
